Watch this before we talk

How the call runs, from Brandon

About 30 minutes. We go through your real numbers, I show you where the leads are leaking and what the build looks like for your market, and you get one clear price. No pitch you have to sit through, and nobody gets talked into anything.

FAQ's answered below

Know if this fits before we talk

Who this is built for

Built for land clearing and land management operators doing about $10k a month or more, with a crew that can take on more work in the next 60 days. Under that, the full system does not pay for itself yet and we will say so on the call rather than sell you anyway.

Exactly how we take the risk off you

The guarantee, in full

10 booked estimates in your first 30 days. Miss it and you choose: every dollar of our fees back, or we keep working at no additional fee until the tenth one lands. In writing, your choice, 7 days to decide. Not live within 7 days and your first month is free.

Your leads, your list, your assets

What you own when this is over

Nothing shared, nothing resold, no pool. Every lead and appointment is yours alone. And you keep the assets: the customer list, the quote history, the profile, the site. Ad spend goes from your card straight to Meta and never touches our account.

The realistic timeline

What actually happens, week by week

Days 1 to 10 we build and go live. Reactivation goes out first, which is where the earliest bookings usually come from. Estimates on the calendar inside 28 days. Revenue follows your sales cycle, so judge the calendar at day 25, not the bank.

What to bring to the call

Rough numbers beat no numbers. Nothing here needs a spreadsheet.

  1. JOB
Average job value, and how many estimates you closeBallpark is fine. It sets what a booked estimate is worth to you.
  2. WORK
The job types you want more ofAnd the ones you would rather stop quoting.
  3. REV
Roughly what the last 12 months didMonth to month if you have it.
  4. CREW
What your crew can take on in the next 60 daysWe size the budget to what you can run.
  5. QUOTES
How many quotes you sent that never closedLast 12 months. This is the first money the system goes after.

Everything else people ask

Open the ones that are yours. Bring whatever is still bothering you to the call.

Why should a land clearing contractor pick us?

Two reasons that are true today. The big shops in this niche have four hundred clients and you would be number four sixty one. We have a handful, and you deal with the person who built your system. And we do not hand you leads and call it a day, we build the thing that catches them, so when you leave you still own the assets and the customer list rather than renting an audience forever.

How long until the phone starts ringing?

Live within 7 days or your first month is free. The reactivation goes out in that first stretch, which is usually where the first bookings come from, because a quote that went quiet in May is a warmer call than a stranger who clicked an ad this morning. First booked estimates are promised inside 28 days.

Am I going to be stuck dealing with tire kickers?

That is what the qualifying is for, and it happens before anything reaches your calendar. Every caller gets asked what you would ask: what the property is, what the work is, when they want it done, and whether they are the one who writes the cheque. Anyone who does not clear that bar never becomes an appointment on your day. What lands on your calendar is a name, a property and a real job.

How is this different from every other marketing agency?

Most of them sell you traffic and hand you a report about impressions. Traffic is the easy part. The reason a marketing spend fails is almost never that not enough people were interested, it is that the interested ones sat unanswered for a day and a half. We do not turn on a single ad until the answering, the follow up and your quote pile are working. Ads come last here, on purpose.

Do you sell my leads to other contractors?

No. Nothing is shared, resold, or run through a shared pool. Every lead and every appointment is yours alone, and the list stays yours if we ever part ways.

What if I tried marketing before and got burned?

Then you already know the failure mode, and it is the one we build against. Here is the part that matters: 10 booked estimates in your first 30 days, or you choose what happens next. Either every dollar of our fees comes back and we shake hands, or we keep working at no additional fee until the tenth one lands. Your choice, not ours, in writing. The risk in the stretch where you know the least sits on us.

How fast will I actually see results?

Booked estimates inside 30 days, guaranteed. Revenue follows your sales cycle, not our calendar. If a mulching quote takes 30 to 60 days to close, you cannot judge this at day 25 by what has hit the bank. What you can judge at day 25 is whether qualified people are sitting on your schedule, which is the thing you are actually buying.

Is this just lead gen?

No, and that is the whole distinction. A lead is a phone number. What you get here is a qualified person with a property and a stated need, on a confirmed time on your calendar. Lead generation is one of four things we do, and it is the last one we turn on.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. It runs on the number you already have and picks up on busy, no answer, or after hours. Nothing gets replaced. It answers when you cannot.

Will it sound like a robot to my customers?

It answers as your shop, asks what you would ask, and books. It does not have a bad day, does not miss the call because the mulcher is running, and does not stop at 5pm on a Friday. And the real comparison is not you at your best against a machine. It is a machine against voicemail, which is what picks up right now, and 67% of people will not leave one.

Are my old quotes really worth anything?

A $9,000 quote from May did not die, it got postponed. Budget, permits, the wife, the weather. In this business quotes do not rot, they hibernate. The land did not clear itself. That man still has the brush and still has the plan, he just had a summer. One text waking him up and you are the only contractor in his phone the week he is ready. That is the first thing the system does, before ads spend a dollar.

Is my ad spend included, and is it refundable?

Your ad budget is yours and it stays in your own account, going straight from your card to Meta. We never touch it, never mark it up, and never take a cut of it, which is the opposite of how most shops bill this. Because it never passes through us we cannot refund it, so our fee is the part we put at risk. We also size the budget to what your crew can actually service rather than to what looks impressive on a report.

My current guy gets me leads way cheaper than this.

Cheap leads are the easiest number in marketing to move and the easiest one to hide behind. A $10 lead that never books costs more than a $60 lead that does. The number that pays you is cost per booked job. Bring your real numbers to the call and we will do that math out loud, and if he wins it, he wins it.

Why not use an AI like ChatGPT myself?

Because ChatGPT is a place you go and ask questions. It does not ring. It does not know your prices, your service area, or which jobs you actually want. And it is not there at 8pm when a man with four overgrown acres is deciding who to call. What we build is the opposite of an adviser. It is a worker. It is trained on your pricing, your minimums, the questions you would ask a caller, what disqualifies somebody, and exactly when to stop and put a hot one through to your cell instead of booking it. Then it runs on everything at once: every call and form answered in about 60 seconds day or night, the quote pile that went quiet worked again, the review asked for after the job, your name kept where buyers now search, and ads on top once the rest is holding. One system, and every part of it knows the same things about your business, which is the part you cannot get from a chat window. Building it yourself is not an afternoon with a clever prompt. It is a phone system, a calendar, a CRM, call routing, and weeks of training and testing, and it still would not pick up the night you left your phone in the truck. There is AI in this trade already and most of it is an adviser. It will tell you what you should do about your follow up. Ours does the follow up. And it was built by people who came up in this work, not marketers who discovered it: warehouses, land clearing and tree crews since eighteen, going on ten years, with family and a brother still in the trades. That is why it asks what you would ask instead of what a call center would.

What if my crew cannot handle the extra work?

Then we throttle the budget to what you can actually run, and we say so on the call before you sign anything. Booking jobs you cannot service is how you end up with bad reviews and a burnt crew. We would rather build to your real capacity and grow it than hand you a calendar you resent.

How long am I locked in?

Your rate is locked the day you sign and never goes up while you stay on, and your first 30 days are guaranteed. There is an initial term because the system needs a fair run to prove out rather than being judged in week two. After it the agreement continues month to month at that same rate, it never rolls into a second locked term, and either side can end it with 30 days written notice.

What does it cost?

One extra booked job a month covers it. Your jobs run three to ten thousand and up, so the system only has to put one more on the board than you would have got anyway, and what we guarantee is ten estimates in front of you in the first thirty days. It is one flat monthly rate for the whole thing. Not per lead, not a percentage of your ad spend, and not a starter tier you get upsold out of six weeks in. You get the number on the call with the math run at your own job values and close rate.
